Quality control and product testing

To ensure the quality and correct use of materials and products it is necessary to evaluate their properties and characteristics. In ATRIA laboratory we can perform the complete characterization of your material and your final product.

Our laboratory technicians carry out standard tests or custom tests, adapted to each product and project.

In ATRIA we design tests for products and prototypes, we customize and adapt them according to your needs, applying extreme working conditions and designing your tests and measurements from scratch.

Simulation of conditions

In our laboratory we can reproduce aggressive environments in a controlled way, subject the product or samples to changes in temperature and humidity, to sea transport with high salt content in the environment, or specific atmospheric conditions from different parts of the world.

Product design thinking about working conditions and subsequent testing is a crucial stage for its success. Our experience has shown us that the specification of the conditions of use and its early testing allows to detect failures and errors in the early stages of the design.

In ATRIA we have worked with products that have been exposed to the following conditions:

With these tests, adapted to each product, it is possible to know how many cycles will the product withstand, what maximum temperature will it be able to resist or how much abrasion does it resist if we leave our piece in the open.

Design, validation and testing of products

The launch of a new product is usually accompanied by a prototyping stage. From ATRIA we can participate from the design and elaboration phase of the prototype to its validation and testing through the latest technologies. During the prototyping stage it is very convenient to carry out tests to validate that the design is safe and complies with established regulations and requirements. In ATRIA we take care of testing your product and if the test is not available we design it for you.

Customized test design

On some occasions, standardized tests are not representative or do not cover all the desired properties. On other occasions, it is possible that there is not even a standard to follow for the test you wish to perform. Therefore, at ATRIA we develop custom tests for your Project. Our technicians will design, develop and build the test that best suits and measures the property you are looking for.

ISO and UNE standards

There is specific regulation for almost any product. In ATRIA we carry out tests to ensure that the product you are going to certify meets all the requirements and to be able to select among several options which one you need to certify. We look for the company that can later certify it if necessary.

Product quality tests

Product quality tests allow us to characterize and analyze the physical, chemical, mechanical and operating properties. The goal is to ensure quality before launching a product to market. They are also very useful as a periodic trial to verify that the production process is maintained correctly over time.
