Computer vision assisted robotics system for pruning vines
Automatic pruning of the vines through an autonomous system.
Design of an autonomous system capable of recognizing the pruning point of the vine and making the cut.
After imaging in the vineyards to train the vision algorithm, a 2D to 3D scaling was performed and robotic arm movements were studied.
Finally, the robot’s communications with the camera were carried out and field tests were carried out with satisfactory results.
