Determination of useful life against abrasion

Problem

The client has developed some new tapes and wants to know their useful life against abrasion.

Objective

Determine by comparison if the new tapes last longer than the old ones.

Solución ATRIA

A battery of accelerated tests with different abrasion conditions and abrasive materials were designed to simulate real conditions. It was observed that the new material behaved worse against abrasion than the previous one.
