The buckets arrive dirty from the customer and return to the carousel to be filled again and can be returned to another customer with the initial dirt.

Objective

Automation of the inspection process, selection of stained buckets and cleaning.

ATRIA Solution

Vision system + turner + tape. Development of the vision algorithm to inspect the buckets since there is a lot of variability of dirt.

The automatic bucket turning system from the belt was also designed. System integrated in the seven plants of the group.
