Anodic layer cleaning

Problem

The customer needs to selectively remove black anodizing from variable geometry aluminum parts to replace their current pre-anodizing masking process.

Objective

Remove the anodic layer with good quality and homogeneously, exposing the aluminum.

ATRIA Solution

A study of lasers that could adapt to the geometries of the pieces was carried out, as well as an optimization of parameters with the most suitable laser to be able to remove the anodic layer.
